I am always willing to approach the people I admire. And it is crucial for me to execute. Never be passive.
Since the parent meeting with Mr. Coverson, Mr. Nick, Mr. Chase, I rise my awareness of harnessing resources bnds provides. It also became the changing point. I tend to reach out, to practice my skills. It is important to let teachers know you. And the next step is networking.
Summarizing the conversation we had today, Mr. Coverson is very helpful. We talked about leadership, and I found that I always have the problem of wanna get things done perfectly but not knowing to start practically. As for a leader, consider everything in terms of whole. I am to organize people to get things done. For a selective project, I shall divide labor to fit what they are good at. Trust others, or you will have to do all. Communicating is a vital skill. Chill, whenever what emergency happens or what kind of deadline you are facing. List the importance and crack the problem. Perfectionism means procrastinating.
At last, leadership in small group is truly NOT a pleasure.
